Chest Congestion

This remedy can expel congestion caused by the build up of mucus in the lungs. It soothes irritated mucus membranes and helps reduce secretions. You may use it as a regular decongestant for it has a positive, cooling effect on the airways. 

chest may feel heavy and stiff; probable cough with mucus; probable breathing  difficulty or shortness of breath; often accompanied by common cold.
